SUJATHA WRIT PETITION No.19560 of 2023 ORDER: When the matter is taken up today, Mr.V.V.Satish, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he filed a letter dated 28.12.2023 seeking permission of this court to withdraw this Writ Petition and also sought for liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to file fresh Writ Petition, for any further grievance.
