Learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court that in identical situations, the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad has disposed of the Writ Petition No.25293 of 2014 and batch which fact was also not disputed by the respondents.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the orders of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad in Writ Petition No.25293 of 2014 and batch, dated 10.07.2015.
