When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that since the writ petition itself is disposed of, the contempt case filed against the order dated 24.04.2023 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in W.P.No.9991 of 2023 cannot be enforced.

Hence, no further orders are necessary and requested to close the contempt case.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
