THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE K SREENIVASA REDDY WRIT PETITION No.19338 of 2023 ORDER: The Writ Petition has been filed to declare the action of the Respondent No.6 in not receiving and registering the complaint, dated 05.06.2023 lodged by the petitioners against the respondent Nos.7 & 8, as illegal and arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and to direct the respondent No.5 to register the complaint against the respondent Nos.7 & 8.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submitted that, basing on the complaint given by the petitioners, police have registered a case in Crime No.389 of 2023 of Bobbili Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 506, 509 read with 34 of I.P.C.

Recording the said submission, this Court feels no orders are necessary in the matter.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
No order as to costs.
