MANMADHA RAO C.C.No.4173 of 2023 ORDER:- This Contempt Case is filed to punish the respondents under sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act for willfully, wantonly, deliberately, violating and not implementing the orders of the Hon’ble High Court passed in W.P.No.37257 of 2022 dated 13.10.2022.

Sri Dasari.S.V.V.S.V.Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Aswartha Narayana, learned counsel for the respondents are present.

Sri Dasari.S.V.V.S.V.Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have complied with the orders of this Court.

Sri N.Aswartha Narayana, learned counsel for the respondents has submitted copy of the compliance note dated 27.09.2023, and the relevant para reads as follows: “In view of the above, the Respondents respectfully submit that the delay in implementation of the orders of the Hon’ble High Court is due to administrative reasons but not willful and wanton disobedience.

Further, the respondents has paid the total recommended/payable subsidy dues as per the outcome of verification to Petitioner, hence the respondents humbly praying the Hon’ble High Court to dispose the C.C.No.4173 of 2023 in 2 W.P.37257 of 2022 and pass necessary orders as deemed fit.” 5.

In view of the above, cause of action does not survive in this matter, and accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________________ DR.
