SREENIVASA REDDY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.5518 OF 2023 Order: This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed by the petitioner/Accused, to quash the proceedings in Crime No.77 of 2023 of Narasapuram Rural Police Station, West Godavari District.

Today when the matter is taken up, learned Special Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that police have conducted investigation in the aforesaid crime and filed charge sheet, which is taken on file as C.C.No.1499 of 2023 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge - cum- Judicial Magistrate of First Class Court, Narasapur.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
It is needless to say that the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if he is so advised.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed. _________________________ K.
