THE HONOURABLE SMT.
JUSTICE V.SUJATHA WRIT PETITION No.19202 of 2023 ORDER: The present Writ Petition came to be filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- “…to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents herein in issued the impugned transfer Proceeding vide Rc.No.APVVP/GI-2023/N&P/2023, dated 16.6.2023 as illegally, arbitrary and also in violation of transfer guidelines issued under clause 6 of G.O.Ms.No.71, Finance and Planning dept dated 17.5.2023 and also in violation clause 5 (x) G.O.Rt.No.422, HM&FW Dept dated 25.5.2023 and consequentially the Hon’ble Court may pleased to set aside the impugned transfer order dated 16.6.2023 by declaring that the petitioner herein is entitled to continue at Aria Hospital Kadiri of Sri Satya Sai District and may pass….” 2.
Today, when the writ petition came up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel Mr.
G.L.
Nageswara Rao, appearing for the respondent Nos.2 and 3 has produced a copy of the instructions of the 2nd respondent vide R.C.No.SPL/N&P/APVVP/2023, dated 13.08.2023, wherein it is stated that this Court in W.P.No.14096 of 2023, dated 19.06.2023, under similar circumstances has held that the APGEA elected office bearers are entitled to retain at the same VS, J W.P.
No.19202 of 2023 2 place and in view of the same, the individual transfer orders were cancelled vide office proceedings Rc.No.APVVP/GT- 2023/N&P/2023, dated 04.08.2023 and the petitioner is being continued at Area Hospital, Kadiri of Sri Satya Sai District.

In view of the fact that the transfer orders were cancelled, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives for further adjudication in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is closed.
There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. _______________________ JUSTICE V.
