With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission.

The Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the inaction of the respondents to delete the properties covered by plot No.53 in an extent of 335.55 Sq. yards in Sy.No.653 of Kallur village, Plot Nos.11, 12, 20, 21 in an extent of 707.36 Sq. yards in Sy.No.125/3C of Johrapuram Village and plot No.23 in an extent of 575/73 Sq. yards in Sy.No.93 of Dinnedeverapadu, Kurnool District covered by registered documents 2 bearing Nos.4487/2004, 8150/2005 and 647/2007 from the list of prohibited properties under Section 22-A(1) of the Registration Act, 1908 in spite of requests and representation dated 23.06.2023 and in not entertaining registration of any conveyance deed intend to make in respect of the subject properties as illegal, arbitrary, etc., and for a consequential direction to the respondents.

Though the learned counsel for the petitioner made efforts to impress upon this Court with reference to material placed on record about the case of the petitioner, it is pointed out by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue that the petitioner had not made any online application and his request for deletion of the property from the prohibited category list cannot be considered.

Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of, leaving it open to petitioner to make appropriate online application along with the relevant documents for deletion of the properties in question from prohibited category.

On receipt of such application, the 2nd respondent shall take necessary action, in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of the application.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
