THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE CHEEKATI MANAVENDRANATH ROY AND THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION No.19100 of 2023 ORDER:- (Per Hon’ble Sri Justice Cheekati Manavendranath Roy) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to raise the plea of want of jurisdiction of permanent Lok Adalat to adjudicate the dispute before the permanent Lok Adalat, where the matter is now pending adjudication.
Permission is accorded.
Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as sought for.
