The present complaint was filed on 28.02.2023 and registered as complaint no. 951 of 2023. On the last date, both the parties have stated that settlement talks were going on to amicable settle the matter. Hence requested for a short adjournment. Request was allowed. However, no settlement deed has been placed on record. The counsel for the respondent No.1 states that reply has already been filed in the registry of the authority on 22.9.2023 after supplying a copy to the complainant. Counsel for the complainant states that they have received the copy for reply from counsel for the Respondent NO.1 through e-mail on 22nd September,2023 and hard copy have been received during proceedings. Shri further stated that she has received copy of reply from Respondent mo.3 . Counsel for respondent No.2 is seeking one week time for filing the reply. Respondent no.2 is directed to file reply within one week failing which a cost of Rs. 5000/- shall be paid by the Respondent no.2 to the complainant. The counsel for the complainant wishes to file rejoinder she may do so within a period of one week after supplying a copy of the same to the counsel for the respondents and both the counsels for respondent no. 3 is directed to file copy of reply in the registry today itself.
