However, while considering the reply of the promoter, authority is of the view that if at any point of time in future, it is observed or found that any unit is sold, or long-term lease have been executed i.e., beyond 5 years then the promoter shall be bound to get their project register and pay the deficit or late fees as applicable as per RERA norms. Hence, the proceedings of Suo motu is disposed of.
