The present complaint was filed on 08.12.2021 and registered as complaint no. 4906 of 2021. On the last date of hearing, i.e., 21.04.2022, Shri Rahul Bhardwaj Advocate appeared on behalf of the respondent company appeared and was directed to file the reply within two weeks, i.e., by 05.05.2022 in the registry along with a cost of Rs.5,000/- to be paid to the complaint. But the respondent failed to comply with the orders of the authority by not filing written reply within the time allowed. Three opportunities have already been granted to the respondent to file reply in the matter but the reply has not yet been received from the respondent. In view of the above facts, defence of the respondent is struck off. The counsel for the complainant further states that the registration of the project has since expired. Planning branch is directed to take necessary action as per law Matter to come up on 14.12.2022 for final arguments.
