The present complaint was filed on 25.02.2022. As per the registry, complainant has sent copy of complaint through speed post as well as through email and proof regarding having the delivery of the complaint made to the respondent was submitted by the complainant as available in the file. The registry of the authority also sent a notice along with a copy of the complaint through speed post of which delivery not confirmed on 31.03.2022 as per the tracking report of the speed post, delivery is not complete with a remark ‘item redirected to Industrial Complex Dundahera SO INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS. As the notice could not be served on the registered address of the respondent, the counsel for the complainant requested the authority to issue a public notice against the respondent for its appearance on the next date of hearing. The counsel of the complainant offers to bear the expenses of the publication of the notice in the newspaper by the Authority. Accordingly, the requisite notice be issued in the newspaper “Dainik Jagran” (Hindi) and “The Tribune” (English). The registry is directed to do the needful. Matter to come up on 21.2.2023 for further proceedings
