However, the AR Mr. Ankush Yadav on behalf of the respondent states that settlement talks are in progress with the complainant-allottee to amicably settle the matter and requests for a short adjournment for filing of the settlement deed within next four weeks and if the same is not amicably settled the reply shall be filed in next one week. In view of the possibility of settlement, request for adjournment is allowed. The respondent is directed to file settlement deed/reply accordingly within the time allowed failing which the defense of the respondent may be struck off. Matter to come up on 24.01.2023 for further proceedings.
