He further states that the project has been already delivered to the RWA. He further submitted a copy of completion certificate certified by Architect and Structural Engineer dated 29-06-2017 who had verified the completion of construction work, and its structural design has been verified by proof consultant in accordance with the building plan. In view of the submissions and relevant papers submitted by the promoter in this context, the application for obtaining occupation certificate has been filed before coming into force of Haryana Real Estate (Regulations and Development) Rules, 2017. Therefore, the said project is exempted from the registration of the real estate project under rule 2(o)(i) of Haryana Real Estate (Regulations and Development) Rules, 2017 and accordingly, proceedings stands dropped as of now.
