Learned counsel for DH also admits this fact. According to him, final order in this case was passed on 02.02.2024 while allottee/DH expired on 26.10.2024. It is well settled that the order in favour of or against a dead person is nullity. Order under execution cannot be executed. Hence, execution petition is dismissed. File be consigned to record room.
