The complainant is seeking the relief of physical possession as well as delay possession charges. None appeared on behalf of the respondent today. The Authority observes that the request of the complainant cannot be considered at this stage as the registration certificate granted by the Authority has already been revoked on 11.03.2024 and even license of the respondent promoter has been expired.
