The present complaint was filed on 29.03.2024 and the reply on behalf of respondent no.1 has been received on 04.09.2024 and reply on behalf of respondent no. 2 has been received on 22.07.2024. The counsel for the respondent no. 2 contended that the present complaint is not maintainable on the ground that the complainant is seeking effective relief seeking specific performance of MOU which was executed prior to  RERA and hence, the Authority has no jurisdiction to adjudicate the matters arising out of MoU also the complaint is barred by  limitation. Both the counsels of the parties state that similar matters are listed before full bench on 08.04.2025 and requested to list the matter on the same date. Request is allowed. Matter to be come up before Full Bench on 08.04.2025 for further proceedings.
