The present complaint has been received on 02.08.2022 and the reply has been not  received The  defence of the respondent has already been struck off.The counsel for the complainant requested to depute a local commission for knowing the actual status of the project because he has paid 90% of the total sale consideration and due date of possession has already been elapsed on 18.6.2017 hence the authority is of the view that Shri Shashank Sharma, Engineer Executive is hereby appointed as Local Commission  to visit the site and to update the authority about the exact status of the project and if need, it the authority may appoint a forensic auditor. Matter to come up on 05.07.2024  for further proceedings.

The present complaint was filed on 2.8.2022 and the respondent was directed to file reply  within two weeks i.e. by 17.2.2023 with an advance copy to the counsel for the complainant failing which the defence of the respondent may struck off.
