The present complaint was filed on 06.12.2023 and the reply was received on 22.04.2024. The counsel for the complainant states that the complainant has filed the present complaint to handover the physical possession of the unit and waive off the illegal interest. The counsel for the respondent states that  the last payment made by the complainant was on 11.04.2015. The respondent offered possession on 18.04.2019 but complainant didn’t come to take possession and pay due amount for almost 4 years and that vide email dated 23.04.2024, the  complainant herself communicated her interest in cancellation/withdrawal of allotment. Arguments heard. Order reserved. Both the parties may submit brief written submissions as well as citations within 15 days with an advance copy to each other. Matter to come up on 14.02.2025 for pronouncement of orders.

On the request of proxy counsel  of the complainant, matter is adjourned to 08.11.2024 for further proceedings.
