    The present complaint has been filed on 28.07.2022 and registered as complaint no. 5431 of 2022 and reply was received on 12.04.2023 and written submission on behalf of respondent on 01.08.2024.  On last date of hearing (i.e., 07.11.2024), the counsel for the respondent submitted a copy of settlement agreement dated 21.02.2024, which is duly signed by the complainant (i.e., Mr. Tarun Anand). However, the counsel for the complainant requests for adjournment to seek confirmation about settlement from complainant. The counsel for the complainant states that although the matter has been settled and only first partial payment has been received in terms of settlement agreement dated 21.02.2024 and remaining payments are not yet received and requests for an adjournment to receive confirmation regarding the status of payment in terms of settlement agreement. Further on 02.11.2023, the counsel for respondent seeks four weeks’ time to file the legal heir’s certificate and amended memo of parties and request for adjournment. On 30.11.2023, the counsel for the complainant filed the copy of surviving member certificate. Surviving member certificate indicates that Shri. Krishan Lal Anand left three legal heirs behind him, where the complaint was filed by only one of the legal heirs of the deceased allottee.     The counsel for the complainant states that  there is a registered will in favour of the complainant Shri Tarun Anand  who is one of the legal heir of the deceased allottee as well as co-purchaser of the property.  The copy of registered will shall be filed within 6 weeks.
