(IB) No. 751(PB)/2023 in the matter of IDBI Trusteeship Services Limited versus M/s Shree Vardhman Infraheights Pvt. Ltd. Vide which the petitions have been admitted by the Hon’ble NCLT and moratorium is initiated against the respondent in terms of Section 14 of the IBC, 2016 and M/s Ducturus Resolution Professionals Pvt. Ltd. through its Director Mr. Jalesh Kumar Grover has been appointed as the IRP of the corporate debtor. In view of the above, the matter is adjourned sine die till the outcome of the above proceedings before NCLT. The complainant may file an application for revival of the complaint as and when the directions for lifting moratorium are issued by the Hon’ble NCLT. File be consigned to the registry.
