KAPIL DIXIT vs REVITAL REALITY PVT.LTD.

It has come to the notice of the Authority that the NCLT, New Delhi vide order dated 04.06.2024, in the matter of “Manish Aneja and Ors. Versus M/s Revital Reality Private Limited” in company petition IB (IBC) No.657/ND/2021, has declared moratorium in terms of Section 14 of the Code of 2016 and Shri Gaurav Katiyar has been appointed as Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) for the Corporate Debtor. The counsel for the complainant states at bar that the said order was challenged by the respondent before the NCLAT and  the matter is pending before it and requests for short an adjournment. Request is allowed Matter to come up on 11.12.2024 for further proceedings.
