Smt. Priyanjali Singh -  the counsel for the complainant has moved an application dated 09.12.2024 for seeking adjournment as he is unable to appear before the Authority as she has to appear before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.  In view of the above, the matter is adjourned to 11.03.2025  for further proceedings. Meanwhile, the counsel for the complainants is directed to submit  details of the respective allotments with date and events in a tabular form within a period of 2 weeks.

Due to lack of Coram,  the matter is adjourned to 10.12.2024  for the purpose as already fixed.

The counsel for the complainant requests for a short adjournment as the arguing counsel is not available today. Further the counsel for respondent wishes to file written submissions which may be filed in the registry of the authority within 15 days with an advance copy to the complainant.  Matter to come up on 15.10.2024 for further proceedings.

The present complaint has been received on 21.06.2023 and reply on behalf of respondent was received on 19.10.2023. The counsel for the complainant states that the  complainant is seeking either refund of total amount or allotment of the virtual space by M3M Broadways as  promised vide email dated 19.05.2022 (Annexure C17).  There is no formal allotment letter or BBA  executed in respect of the unit in IFC retail although in respect of earlier unit in respect of M3M Broadways, an allotment letter was issued and  relief of adjustment of previous amount as given in column 12 and transfer of Rs.1,75,85,961/- including fund transfer. But now the respondent is trying to forfeit the entire money as the booking was made in M3M Broadways and  has refunded an amount of Rs.11 Lakhs only on 09.11.2023. Meanwhile both the parties may file brief written submissions within a period of 4 weeks  with an advance copy to each other. Matter be put up before the full bench on 06.08.2024 for further proceedings.

The present complaint has been received on 21.06.2023 and reply on behalf of respondent was received on 19.10.2023. The counsel for the complainant seeks short adjournment as the main arguing counsel is not available today to argue the matter. Matter to come up on 18.4.2024 for further proceedings.

The present complaint was filed on 21.06.2023 and registered as complaint no. 2482 of 2023.  Written reply has not been filed by the respondent till date.  The counsel for the respondent requests for a short adjournment for filing of reply.  Respondent is directed to file reply within two weeks i.e., by 26.10.2023 in the registry with a copy to the complainant failing which cost of Rs.5000/- shall be imposed upon the respondent. Last opportunity is being granted. In case reply is not filed within the time allowed, the defense of the respondent shall be  struck off. Matter to come up on 11.01.2024 for further proceedings.
