The present complaint has been received on 18.08.2023 and the reply was received on 29.03.2024.  On 19.04.2024, the counsel for the complainant stated that the complainant has paid a sum of Rs.24.52 Lakhs while proof of having paid a sum of Rs. 14,76,466/- is on record.  They were directed to clarify the payment made to the respondent and to file the statement of account. Even after various directions, the cost of Rs.10,000/- is still pending on the respondent for filling late reply. Waiver of cost application is filed by respondent on 17.07.2024 is declined. Costs shall be paid by the respondent before the next date of hearing. The counsel for the complainant states that the proof of payment of the amount being claimed will be filed within 15 days after supplying a copy to the counsel of the respondent. The counsel for the respondent stated that  they have moved an application u/s 192, 193, 194 and 506 IPC for filing false affidavit w.r.t payment made to the respondent. Both the parties were directed to reconcile the account. The counsel for the complainant states that the respondent has not paid the previously imposed cost till date. However they have filed the reply on 29.03.2024 as stated by the counsel for the respondent but the complainant has not received the copy of reply till date.  The respondent is hereby directed to pay the previously imposed cost within 2 weeks and to hand over one more copy of reply to the counsel for the complainant failing which the defence will be struck off. Matter to come up on 26.07.2024 for further proceedings.

Now the matter is listed before the Authority on 19.04.2024 for further proceedings.
