    The complainant is seeking the relief of physical possession as well as delay possession charges. None appeared on behalf of the respondent today. The proxy counsel for complainant submits that here in the present complaint they are seeking relief of DPC and the Authority has already adjourned sine die complainant against Sai Aaina Farms Private Limited wherein DPC is sought. So, in view of the present matter may also be adjourned sine die. The Authority observes the registration certificate granted by the Authority has already been revoked on 11.03.2024 and even license of the respondent promoter has been expired. Hence in view of the above, the matter is adjourned sine die. The complainant may file an application for revival of the present complaint as and when project is revived. File be consigned to the registry.
