    Vide order dated 10.12.2020, the present complaint was kept in abeyance till the decision of NCLT. The complainant filed an application dated 22.05.2024 for the revival of the complaint and submitted that in the CIRP of the respondent no. 1 company, an application being IA No. 5050/2023 was filed under Section 12A of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 for withdrawal of the CIRP as the withdrawal plan under Section 12A of the Code has been approved by the CoC with 92.50% votes in its favour. The said application being IA No. 5050/2023 was allowed by the Hon'ble NCLT vide its order dated 15.02.2024.     In view of the above, the restoration application is allowed  and the registry of the Authority is directed to issue a notice to the respondent company to put in appearance on the next date of hearing. Matter to come up on 17.09.2024  for further proceedings.
