IO submits that no FIR has been registered till date and a missing complaint was received in the PS vide DD No.

50-A dated 02.03.2023.

It is further submitted that for the purposes of inquiry, the applicant was telephonically called as he was in active telephonic conversation with the missing person prior to the date of incident.

It is further submitted that applicant is not wanted in the present case as no FIR has been registered.

Counsel for applicant submits that applicant is ready to join the inquiry as and when required by the police being relative of the missing person.

It is further submitted that present application may be permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to move appropriate application as and when required under law.

Heard the submission of both the parties.
