Addl' P'P' Thelearnedcounselforthepetitionerhassubmitted that the accused persons have been falsely implicated in the case and that they had not committed anyoffenceaSallegedintheejahar.Hefurthersubmitted that'ftre accused persons are local chance of their absconding, if theY and as such he PraYed to grant considering the period of t detention' men and there is no are enlarged on bail bail to the accused On the other hand, the Ld' Addl' P'P has submitted thatthebailoftheaccusedshouldnotbegranted considering the nature & gravity of the offence' pl2 (2) 20 / 02 / 2023(contd.......") I have also gone through the statement of the witnesses and after perusal of the case diary it reveals that the I.O has collected sufficient incriminating materials against the accused persons' In light of the incriminating materials available in the case diary, considering the nature & gravity of the offencesandthelargerinterestoftheState'Iamofthe opinionthatthisisnotafitcasetograntbaittothe accused person at this stage and as such' the prayer for bail to the aforementioned accused persons stands rejected.
