Report of the Reader of this court received, who has submitted that the bail order has been confirmed.
Heard.
In view of the orders of the Hon’ble High Court dated 21.03.2023 passed in CRM-M-28726 of 2022, the applicant-accused is directed to furnish the bail bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
The requisite bail bonds and surety bonds of applicant-accused namely Madhu furnished.
Surety bonds are accepted and attested.
Personal bond of the applicant-accused accepted but to be attested in jail.
Release order be issued accordingly and accused be directed to appear on the date already fixed in the present case.
Accused Madhu be released forthwith, if she is not required in any other case.
In compliance of order dated 01.06.2018, passed by the Hon’ble High Court in CWP No. in CWP No.4898 of 2018, a copy of all the documents furnished by surety be sent to the concerned Revenue Authority for making necessary entry in the revenue record regarding surety given by the sureties in this case and after making necessary compliance, intimation be sent to this court.
The application stands disposed of accordingly.
