Learned counsel for the accused petitioner, Bigna Oraon while pleading innocence of accused/petitioner submits that allegation against the petitioner is that he has committed theft of electricity and caused loss and due amount of Rs.

2,874/- to JBVNL, Ranchi, it further his appear that the said loss and due amount has been deposited vide receipt no.

810917 dt.

24.08.22 with the Electricity Department he may be granted bail.

To substantiate said submission Ld.

Counsel, while referring the copy of receipt of depositing, enclosed with the bail petition also showed the originals during hearing.

Learned Special P.P. for Jharkhand Bijli Vitaran Nigam Limited does not dispute the payment.
