Today ld.
Counsel for respondents/defendants appeared before the Court and suffered a statement that the parties have entered into a settlement Ex.C1.
In view of the settlement the defendant has handed over a cheque of Rs.3,58,608/- drawn on HDFC Bank dated 20.01.2026.
The defendant will remove the tower within a period of 45 days from today from the site of the plaintiff.
Thereafter Smt.
Sudesh Kumari appeared before the Court and suffered a statement that the parties have entered into a settlement Ex.C1.
She has received a demand draft of Rs.3,58,608/- from the defendant in full and final settlement after deduction of TDS.
She has heard the statement of the counsel for the defendant.
In view of the settlement she does not want to pursue the present suit and withdraws the same.
In view of the said settlement the present suit stands dismissed as withdrawn.
File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
