373/2022 Keeping the properties stored not only requires unnecessary requisition of space but also it is against public health and safety.
In view of the facts mentioned in the application, the application is allowed and the prosecution is allowed to destroy the case property in this case.
Therefore, SHO, PS IMT, Rohtak is directed to destroy the case properties i.e. liquor of case FIR No.
373/2022 be destroyed before the Executing Magistrate, Rohtak.
