Plaintiff takes no step today and found absent on repeated calls.
On perusal of the case record along with the office note it is found that the case record is lingering for removal of defects by the plaintiff since long.
In spite of several adjournments the plaintiff fails to comply the defects as pointed in the office note.
In view of the above facts it is deemed proper that the plaintiff has no more interest to proceed with the case for further.
