Statements of parties on second motion have been recorded today and placed on the file, in which they have reaffirmed their stand taken in the statements made by them on first motion and have also reiterated their desire to separate.
They have also informed the Court that they are in fact living separately from each other since 20.12.2022 and that they intend to dissolve their marriage by way of decree of divorce.
They further state that there are no chances of reconciliation since the parties have lost all affection and faith in each other and have also settled all modalities of their separation.
I have talked to the parties and I am satisfied that the statements have been made by them voluntarily and without any misrepresentation and undue influence.
Accordingly, the petition is allowed.
The marriage between the parties is dissolved by a decree of divorce.
The parties shall cease to be the husband and wife immediately forthwith.
Let decree-sheet be drawn accordingly.
Statements of the parties shall form part of the decree.
The file, after its due completion, be consigned to Record Room.
