Today, the case was fixed for issuance of notice to accused.
However, from the perusal of the papers, it is revealed that in the present challan summons were issued to the accused number of times, but the same were received back unserved or not received back.
Considering the nature of the offence, no purpose would be served by issuing any kind of further processes against the accused.
In these circumstances, the present challan is hereby consigned to the record room under Section 281 BNSS.
