12042023 Anticipatory bail petition of accused petitioner Suresh Rai, apprehending his arrest in connection with Mohammadpur P.S.
Case no.36/23, registered U/Ss.
341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the I.P.C., is put up for hearing.
Heard the ld. counsel for the petitioner and the ld.
P.P. for the State and perused the Record.
During the course of hearing, ld. counsel for the petitioner filed a petition praying therein that petitioner has been arrested by the police in this case and this anticipatory bail petition has become infructuous.
Hence, petitioner may be allowed to withdraw this anticipatory bail petition.
Considering the submission and facts and circumstances of the case, the instant anticipatory bail petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
