Walmik Sudam Anarase) ORDER BELOW EXH.1.

The present matter is not on todays Board.
Vide application (Exh.21), applicant No.1 prays to take the matter on todays Board.
It is allowed.

Applicant No.1 is present before the Court along with her Ld.
Counsel.
She has filed purshis (Exh.22) stating that, the applicant and non-applicant have decided to take divorce by mutual consent, and therefore, she does not want to proceed with the matter and prayed to dispose off the same.

I have verified the contents of purshis (Exh.22) from the applicant in presence of her Counsel.
She voluntarily stated it to be true and correct.
As stated in purshis (Exh.22), there is compromise between the parties out of the Court and they decided to take divorce by mutual consent.
Accordingly, she prayed to dispose off the matter.
Hence, it needs to be disposed off, as withdrawn.
Accordingly, following order is passed : ORDER 1.
The present Criminal Misc.
Application stands disposed off being withdrawn vide purshis (Exh.22).
