Therefore the following award is passed in terms of the settlement.
Perused the petition, endorsement of respondent, joint memo and documents produced by the petitioner/s.
The petitioner/s submits that, through oversight, the date of birth of petitioner by name Rahul S.
Chavhan S/o Shivaram was not registered in the records of respondent.
The respondent has no objection for allowing the petition.
Hence, there is no impediment for allowing the petition.
In view of the joint memo, the petition filed by the petitioner/s U/s.
13 (3) of the Registration of Births and Death Act 1969 is hereby allowed.
Consequently the respondent is hereby directed to enter the date of birth of petitioner by name Rahul S.
Chavhan S/o Shivaram who was born on 25.02.2008 at Channur Tanda, Tq: Hunasagi, Dist: Yadagir in relevant register maintained in the office after receipt of required fee if any.
