Tripurari Jha, Ld.

Counsel for complainant.

Perusal of record reveals that matter is at the stage of appearance of complainant/ filing of PF since 23.08.2024.

It is observed that several opportunities were granted to the complainant to enter into and pursue the present matter, however, complainant has failed to pursue the present matter.

It appears that the complainant is not interested to pursue the complaint and it will be futile to keep the matter on board.

The court deems it fit to dispose of the matter as dismissed for non-prosecution as well as non-appearance.
