The respondent is hereby directed to register the date 31-01-2015 as the date of birth of the petitioner’s daughter by name B.
Babu, at The Government Hospital, Pavagada Town, Pavagada Taluk in the concerned Register of Births and Deaths and issue Birth certificate in favour of the petitioner after collecting necessary fees in the said regard.
