On perusal of materials placed on record, this Court is of the opinion that, there are sufficient grounds to proceed against accused for the offence punishable U/Sec.

Accordingly this Court proceeds to pass the following; ORDER Office is directed to register the criminal case against the accused for the offence punishable U/Sec.

Further, in view of the decision of Hon’ble Supreme Court in Indian Bank Association and others V/s Union of India and another reported in (2014) 5 SCC 590 case, the sworn statement of the complainant shall be treated as his examination in chief.
