JUDGMENT This is a case charge sheeted by the Sub Inspector of Police, Kalloorkad U/s.

279 IPC, 185 MV Act Accused present.

Accused pleaded guilty before me for when particulars of offences were read over and explained to him.

He prayed to take lenient view while imposing punishment.

On considering the offence and the plea along with the submission of the accused, the following order will meet end of justice.

In the result, 1.

Accused is sentenced to pay fine of Rs.

1000/- for the offence punishable U/s.

279 IPC, 185 MV Act, in default of payment of fine accused shall undergo simple imprisonment for 7 days.
