No one appeared on behalf of revisionists.
The revisionists have filed this criminal revision against the orders dated 06-06-2023 and 11-07-2023 passed by the learned S.D.J.M, Sasaram in Gr.
Case No.
2417/19 by which the learned Magistrate has ordered to issue N.B.W. against the revisionists vide order dated 06-06-2023 and rejected the application dated 11-07-2023 regarding filing of bail bond of the revisionists.
Being aggrieved by and dissatisfied by the aforesaid orders, the revisionists have preferred this memo of revision.
Perused the record.
From perusal of the record, it transpires that revisionists filed this Criminal Revision Case on 09-08-2023, but after filing this Criminal Revision, no any pairvi has been done on their behalf since 04-10-2023.
The revisionists have been given last opportunity vide order dated 16-08-2024 and 21-10-2024 in order to appear and pursue the case but even though none has appeared, nor there is any pairvi on behalf of revisionists.
Even today; no one turned up on call on behalf of revisionists.
Moreover, it transpires from the record that revisionists didn't furnish bail bond in compliance of order dated 25-06-2021.
