115/2023 They state that they have entered into compromise out of their own will and wish, without any coercion and force and agreed to compromise and prays to decree the suit as per compromise petition.

Both the parties are identified by their respective counsels.

On perusal of terms of compromise, they appear to be fair and legal.

Hence there is no impediment in accepting compromise petition.

Therefore, I proceed to pass the following: ORDER.

23 Rule 3 of CPC by the both the parties is hereby allowed.

Suit is disposed of as compromise before Lok-Adalath.
