For Orders Accused plead guilty through memo, hence, I proceed to pass the following: ORDER Acting U/Sec.
253(2) of Cr.P.C the accused is convicted for the offence punishable U/Sec.92(R) of K.P.
He is sentenced to pay a fine of Rs.20/- In default of payment of fine amount, he shall undergo simple imprisonment of One day.
