09.09.2023 State:APP Accused : Case called before a special bench constituted for disposal of petty cases in National Lok Adalath held on 09.09.2023 The accused desires to plead guilty of the offence charge against him in his absence and transmitted written plea along with fine amount through police constable.
The offence alleged against the accused is of petty nature.
Hence, plea is accepted and I proceed to pass the following: ORDER Acting U/sec.
253(2) of Cr.P.C., accused is convicted as under Accused is sentenced to pay a fine of Rs.50/- for the offence punishable Under Section 92(1)(O) of the Karnataka Police Act, 1963.
