Case No.- 167 of 2023, U/s- 341, 323, 379, 354B, 324, 307, 504 & 506/34 of IPC pending in the court of A.C.J.M-V, Madhubani.

Withdrawal petition has been filed on behalf of petitioner where it has been submitted that petitioner does not want to press with this anticipatory bail petition as during investigation, I.O. has found the case true only in bailable Sections.

Hence the petitioner wants to withdraw the bail petition.

Learned A.P.P. has no objection on the withdrawal petition.

Heard both the parties, and perused the case record.

From perusal of withdrawal petition it appears that petitioner does not want to press this anticipatory bail petition.

Hence, the withdrawal petition filed on behalf of petitioner is allowed and the anticipatory bail petition is dismissed as withdrawn. (Dictated) Sd/- Addl.
