The petitioner and the authorized officer of the respondent have filed the joint memo to enter the birth date of petitioner's Son Shreyas Patted S/o Mallappa Patted.

The petitioner and respondent is present.

On enquiry they have submitted that the contents of the joint memo is true and correct.

In view of the joint memo the petition filed by the petitioner is hereby allowed as settled before the National­Lok­adalath in terms of the joint memo.

Hence I proceed to pass the following: ORDER The petition filed u/s 13(3) of the Registration of Births and Deaths Act, 1969 is hereby allowed.

The respondent is hereby directed to make proper entry in respect of date of birth of petitioner's Son Shreyas Patted S/o Mallappa Patted as 24.07.2008, born at Benakal village, Kukanoor Taluk, Koppal District after collecting the prescribed fee from the petitioner.

Provided thatm the repondent is hereby directed to issue birth certificate only, if there is no previous entry in the respondent office, after collecting the prescribed fee from the petitioner.
