The petitioner and the authorized officer of the respondent have filed the joint memo to enter the birth date of petitioner's Daughter Sridevi D/o Sharanappa Hiremani.

Hence I proceed to pass the following: ORDER The petition filed u/s 13(3) of the Registration of Births and Deaths Act, 1969 is hereby allowed.
The respondent is hereby directed to make proper entry in respect of date of birth of petitioner's Daughter Sridevi D/o Sharanappa Hiremani as 08.06.2018, born at Primary Health center Vajrabandi, after collecting the prescribed fee from the petitioner.
Provided thatm the repondent is hereby directed to issue birth certificate only, if there is no previous entry in the respondent office, after collecting the prescribed fee from the petitioner.
